How can I refund my order after order complete?

For Freelancers’ service and offers

  1. All sales are final at P2Gamer and refund will not be given unless the item received is not working or as described. In this case, buyers will be covered under P2Guard
  2. Buyers must only confirm the receipt of your order after you have verified the item received is as described in the product listing and working condition. Confirming the receipt of your order indicate that you are satisfied with your purchase and finalizing the transaction, after which the payment will be released to the seller. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased Goods and/or Services if no claim, issues and/or complaints are raised or made by the relevant Buyer to P2Gamer within seventy-two (72) hours upon delivery of the purchased Goods and/or Services. Refunds will not be given for orders which are finalized and completed.
  3. For orders which have passed the verifying stage, a processing fee will not be refunded.

For CD/Game key delivery

Can I return an unused key and get a refund?

Did you buy two copies of the same game by mistake? Or maybe you got a key for a wrong platform or region and only realized that after your payment went through?

All sales on CD/Game key are final at P2Gamer and refund will not be given after the key has been sent out.
